What to expect?

Broadcast Presenter and PR Consultant, Michelle Eagleton hosts an hour and half online PR Masterclass with Jen Higgins Managing Director of Carousel PR sharing experiences and invaluable advice.  The session ends with a 15-minute Q and A ‘hotseat’ where participants can pose questions to the expert.


Jen Higgins has over 20 years PR experience.  Jen started her career at a small Nottingham agency before moving on to Mason Williams, heading up campaigns for the likes of Schwarzkopf, Hilton Hotels and Hasbro, and rising to Deputy MD.  After a stint at Weber Shandwick as Group Account Director she founded Carousel in 2011.  Celebrating its tenth anniversary this month, Carousel is one of the countries leading independent consumer agencies with a multi-million pound turnover, 30 staff and clients including Selfridges, Little Tikes, Bruntwood and Moda.
