What does the course cover?
Karen will outline the key factors when setting up an independent production company, the importance of knowing the market and ideas generation and how the production process works. She will outline the responsibilities of being an employer and the relationship with the broadcaster. This information will be underpinned through discussing current Millk broadcast productions and other short form content projects.
What to expect?
The session will concentrate on the specifics of running a business rather than the content so the session is relevant to those interested in scripted and unscripted. The session ends with a Q and A where participants can pose questions to our expert.
