FAQS

1. All courses delivered on the Pipeline training hub are currently online.
2. A Zoom link will be sent to you prior to the course starting via the email you enter when booking a course/courses.
3. You can attend a course if you do not have a Zoom account.
4. Some of the courses need free software to be downloaded prior to joining the training – please read the details under the course descriptions.
5. For group bookings please contact bookings.pipeline@salford.ac.uk
6. Personal information given during the booking process is stored as per the The Data Protection Act 2018 which controls how your personal information is used by organisations and businesses and is the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Fees for the online courses need to be paid in full on booking.
