Becoming an Animation Production Manager

The Pipeline is delighted to be working with the ScreenSkills Animation Skills Fund to deliver a fantastic new training programme ScreenSkills Animation Skills Fund: Becoming an Animation Production Manager.

Overview

This programme  is supported by the ScreenSkills Animation Skills Fund with contributions from UK animation productions. ScreenSkills is the industry-led skills body for the UK’s screen industries and is open to applicants in the UK regions and nations.  

The focused training is aimed at participants from the nations and regions to support the career development of experienced Production Coordinators within animation to move into the role of Production Manager. There are 20 places available on this training programme, with learning divided into 5 modules, each designed to bring an understanding of the key nuances of the role of the Production Manager. All content is underpinned with concepts and theories and their practical application within a workplace setting to inspire confidence to adopt these practices within animation projects.

Course Details

Training Dates: Group Orienteering- Saturday 26th February 2022 at 14:00-16:30. Every Tuesday and Thursday evening throughout March 2022 between 18:30-21:00. With a further Meet the Producers session and Q&A on 15th April 2022. There will also be a two, 1 hour group, open shared problem-solving sessions. Dates tbc
