This 10-day programme is designed for film and television producers, directors, production managers and other media professionals keen to build skills and knowledge on the practicalities of running a successful production. Master the key facets needed to keep it on track to deliver within budget and hit the deadline.  Delivered by current working industry professionals, you will learn how to streamline complex workflows through the production process from concept to delivery, manage diverse production teams and crew, remain legally compliant and within the set budget, understand how to implement sustainability into productions.
